âI donât give you a template to overlay on your body, together we set the stage for you to experience and feel your own movements and experiences.â
I am not the owner of your felt understanding, I see you and help you see yourself

Four guiding Principles for Spontaneous C O R E
Â
1.  CROWN The support structure that is higher up the chain of command, for example, the arm pit is the crown structure for the arm. This is the starting point for alignment⌠the set up for Spontaneous Core
2.  OVERRIDE Turn on muscles needed for movement and more importantly, Turn down muscles not needed for movement. Learn to detect compensatory patterns that donât serve the movement and that lead to pain or strainÂ
3. Â REHEARSEÂ Â Through aligned, intelligent practice, move the body along clean, smooth pathways
4. Â EASEÂ Moving slowly with the mind in the body, creates: Connection, Expansion, Rooting, Space for Breath to flow, and No Pain. Become aware and notice the spiral lines of the body

âDonât rehearse by rote, but with Curiosityâ

Customized classes based on your felt experiences

6 Â Private Yoga Therapy Sessions
Private Yoga Therapy Sessions with Lyndsay â Spontaneous Core and Personal Embodiment (Online or in person)
Each private yoga therapy session is a deeply personal and responsive experienceâan invitation to be seen, to begin exactly where you are, and to explore movement, breath, and awareness in a way that honours your unique body and story. Like entering a destination into a GPS, we begin from your true starting pointâphysical, emotional, energetic, and experiential.
Together, we tune into what I call the Spontaneous Coreâthe bodyâs intelligent responsiveness that arises not from force or willpower, but from connection. Through the crowns of the bodyâthe domed joints and co-muscle areas like the armpits, groin, and solesâwe access higher centers of influence that gently override habitual compensations and restore integrity to your movements.
Youâll be guided in rehearsing movements that invite curiosity and presence rather than performance. We move slowly, with introspection and ease, allowing the nervous system to soften, and the body to remember what itâs capable of. This work is about finding support from withinâphysically, emotionally, and somaticallyâso that healing, strength, and expression arise naturally.
These sessions are not just about poses or fixing pain. They are about restoring relationshipâto yourself, your breath, your structure, and your potential. Itâs a practice of unfolding, listening, and rediscovering your bodyâs innate wisdom.
